Abdullahi Sani Mahmud is a Measurement and Monitoring Associate at TaRL Africa in Nigeria. In this role, he works with Bauchi State Government to design effective and robust monitoring and measurement systems and integrate them into existing structures. He provides technical support towards strengthening the capacity of government officials at all levels to understand and respond to data for better decision-making.
