Ashleigh is the Programmes and Partnerships Director. She oversees program design, delivery, and improvement across the region. This includes working closely with TaRL Africa central and country teams as well as partners to build and scale sustainable high-impact programs, as well as nurture the TaRL movement on the continent. She is also responsible for building donor relationships and grant management.
