Carla Campos is TaRL Africa’s Program Coordinator for Côte d’Ivoire. She supports the Ministry of education and local authorities on strengthening implementation in the country and scaling up the program to all regions. She coordinates activities for the different strands of the program in Côte d’Ivoire, including the Learning Labs. Carla also supports fundraising, managing donors and partnerships and the communication strategy.
