Chavi Jain is the Deputy Director of Measurement, Learning & Evaluation. She leads the design and execution of programmatic measurement, monitoring and review processes, in support of continuous data-based decision making during TaRL implementation. She also supports the overall strategy and implementation of TaRL Africa’s research and learning initiatives across Africa.
