Daniele Ressler is TaRL Africa’s Director of Measurement, Learning and Evaluation. She is responsible for strategy and implementation of TaRL Africa’s research and learning initiatives, to support evidence-based scaling of the TaRL methodology across the region. Daniele also oversees programmatic measurement, monitoring and review processes, in support of high-quality data use and innovation during TaRL implementation
