Hafsatu Hamza is the Senior Programme Coordinator on the Nigeria team. She has worked with several state governments to build capacities, especially in programme design, management and implementation. Hafsatu currently works closely with multiple state governments and partners to provide technical design and leadership on TaRL. She also coordinates the programmes, supports partnership management and oversees the TaRL learning and knowledge management in Nigeria.
